Hydraulics II Ends with a Great Success

After a month of frustration and more hydraulic oil spills than we care to mention Hydraulics II has come to an end. All the mess and frustration paid off today with 26 of 26 students passing the John Deere Hydraulic System Overview with scores ranging from 80% to 100%.

HP Requirements for Hydraulic Systems

Here is a chart that a former student did for DTAC on horsepower requirements for a 7630. I think this customer may need a bigger tractor or use less hydraulics.

This tractor came in with an overheating problem and as you can see the front cover had to be replaced because of cavitation pitting
