This engine is an 8.1L HPCR. It had an injector leak that caused excess fuel in in one of the cylinders. You will notice on the first start video below that it is burning the fuel in the exhaust manifold and turbo so there is a lot of blue smoke. The smoke cleared up after it ran for awhile.
